Renters must be at least 18 years old and provide full payment before delivery. Rental periods are clearly defined and must be respected to avoid extra fees. All equipment is inspected before and after use to guarantee quality.

Customers agree to use equipment responsibly, following all safety and care guidelines. Any damage or loss during the rental period is the renter's responsibility. Proper setup and takedown by VonVon's team ensure safe and smooth operation.

Clear cancellations for stress-free planning

You can cancel your rental up to 7 days before your event without any charges. Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior will incur a 50% fee of the total rental cost. Unfortunately, cancellations less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable.

We recommend notifying us as soon as possible if your plans change. This helps us adjust and offer your slot to other customers. Our goal is to keep your party planning smooth and hassle-free.
